               PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

• 1988-1991 Litigation Associate at Alston & Bird, LLC , Atlanta.  Handled a variety of matters including zoning law, construction law, business disputes and insurance defense.
• 1991-2007 Partner Stow, Garvin and Glenn, Gainesville, Georgia. Handled all aspects of workers’ compensation claims from initial investigations all the way through hearings and appeals, including appeals to the Georgia Court of Appeals. Also handled personal injury claims  including jury trials and Social Security claims through the hearing stage. Mediated dozens of workers' compensation and personal injury claims.
• 2007 Nancy Glenn P.C.   Attended mediaton training and became a registered neutral with the Georgia Office of Dispute Resolution. Began working as a mediator handling workers' compensation claims.
•  May 2008-May 2009  Major case unit attorney with Shivers & Associates, Alpharetta, Georgia (inhouse counsel for  Travelers Insurance and Indemnity Company). Handled a large case load concentrating on catastrophic cases, death claims and other serious injury cases.   Tried several cases, mediated numerous cases and argued at the Appellate Division of the State Board of Workers’ Compensation. Won 100% of cases tried.
• 2009 Nancy Glenn, P.C. opened in Roswell, Georgia. Practice focused on mediation of workers' compensation claims and representing injured workers.
